Left Yuma, CO this morning with the target not far down the road for upslope chasing in Eastern Colorado. We chased storms from early afternoon until sunset. Captured this beautiful CG just south of Akron, Co. Another great day! #clouds365  #lightningstrike

Very encouraging and edifying, since it's clearly not about preparation, but about knowing what equipment and settings to have at the ready. I do hope the obvious instincts involved can be acquired by intention and aspiration. I'll be looking in on this as much as I can.
