Last image from the storm we intercepted outside of Throckmorton, TX earlier this month. This supercell or maybe HP storm at this point had knocked out the power. The lightning was extreme at times, flashing every few seconds – just amazing! I love the striations lit up and the color. I did have the thought, why is this car driving into this??  #stormchasing  #lightning  #clouds365  #texas  #dramatic Â
